Users of the KidExplain app can request deletion of their account and associated data.
To request account deletion, please send an email to:
shromazdil@gmail.com
with the subject line: Delete account
Please include any information that helps us identify your account, such as the email used for sign-in or other account-related details.
Some technical logs, backups, and limited anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 30 days where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Deleting an account request applies to account data and associated data under our control. Data already aggregated or anonymized may not be reasonably linkable back to an individual account.
