By using KidExplain, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
KidExplain helps parents and caregivers generate simple, child-friendly explanations and related guidance based on questions submitted through the app.
KidExplain provides AI-generated responses for informational assistance only. While we aim to make the app helpful and safe, we do not guarantee that all generated content will always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for reviewing responses before sharing them with children.
The app may use anonymous authentication and optional sign-in methods to provide account-related features, premium access, and usage tracking.
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through the applicable app store platform unless otherwise stated.
The app, its branding, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to KidExplain. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or product improvements.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, KidExplain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.
We may limit or terminate access to the service if the app is misused or if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
